Time calculated by the minute, charged by the hour: At your first pass through the turnstile, a 60-minute time window automatically starts. During this hour, you can use all lifts as often as you like - without any additional charges. After the 60 minutes expire: hut stops, sun terrace breaks, kids’ pause - nothing further is deducted. The next hour only starts again with your next passage through the turnstile.

Downhill ride with the Kanzelbahn included: If at least 1 hour has been deducted on a given day, the downhill ride with the Kanzelbahn is free (no time deduction). Note: If only the downhill ride is used, 1 hour will be deducted.
Transferable within the same age category: Not personal - simply transferable within the same age group.
Free arrival & departure throughout Carinthia: Free travel with all ÖBB S-Bahn trains to the Kanzelbahn valley station in Annenheim and back. Details can be found here.
With your 20-Hour Season Pass, for example, if you pass through the turnstile at 9:30 a.m., all turnstiles are automatically activated for 1 hour - in this case until 10:30 a.m. If you return to the turnstile again after 10:30 a.m., for example at 10:50 a.m., another 1-hour window will be activated - in this case until 11:50 a.m. The display at the turnstiles shows the remaining hours on your pass as well as how long the current activated hour remains valid.
Additional Information:
The 20-Hour Season Pass is valid for the current winter season in which it is purchased and for one additional season until the end of the 2026/27 winter season. Within this validity period, the pass holder is entitled to use the lift facilities and ski slopes of the Gerlitzen Alpe ski resort for up to 20 hours. After the validity period expires (as with any other season pass product) or once the 20 hours have been used, the pass automatically and irrevocably loses its validity. As with all Gerlitzen season passes, refunds are granted exclusively in cases of serious illness, injury, or accident - upon presentation of appropriate medical documentation issued by a state hospital or comparable medical institution. In the event of a refund, it will be issued in the form of a voucher.
Disability: For individuals with at least 60% disability and a valid disability ID, tickets are issued at the child rate.
